1. Who are we?

Mayfair Limousine Global Services B.V., registered at Poortland 66, 1046BD Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is the data controller as described in this privacy policy. Email: privacy@mlgs.nl.

2. What data do we process?

• Name, email address and phone number (bookings and contact forms)
• Flight information and travel details (to deliver the service)
• Billing address and payment data (via secure payment providers)
• IP address and browser data (via analytical cookies, see cookie policy)

3. Why do we use your data?

• Execution of the transportation agreement
• Customer service and booking communication
• Invoicing and accounting
• Newsletter (with your consent only, opt-in)
• Website improvement (anonymised statistics)

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing.

5. Retention periods

Booking and invoice data is retained for 7 years under Dutch fiscal law. Newsletter addresses are deleted immediately upon unsubscription. Other contact data is retained for a maximum of 2 years after last contact.

6. Third parties

We share your data only with parties necessary to deliver the service, including payment providers (Stripe, Mollie), flight information services (FlightRadar24) and accounting software.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us at privacy@mlgs.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your data, including TLS encryption and access controls.
